Plot of launch 8 data

With a freshly repaired fin, flight #8 was conducted at the Reaction Research Society Mojave Test Area launch site. The launch was documented by both a pad-side Go Pro camera and an onboard camera. It was my first high power launch for one of my rockets at the RRS site.

The payload bay carried a Charlie Brown figurine that has flown on every flight and a Stratologger CF dual deployment flight computer. Both performed admirably and without incident.

The flight was a success! There was no damage to the rocket or payload, and the rocket landed within a short 5 minute walk of the launch rail. Thanks to Xavier for help with the recovery!
